How long does a detail take?
You drop off at 8am and pick up at 4:30pm, and most details are ready by then. Larger jobs, such as paint correction, may need more than one day. We'll let you know when you book.
Do you come to me, or do I bring my vehicle in?
You bring your vehicle to our shop at 50 Galbraith Place in Saint John. We do not offer on-site or mobile service at this time. Drop off at 8am and pick up at 4:30pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, credit card and e-transfer. Commercial and fleet accounts can also be set up with invoiced billing.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we book by the day. Choose an open day in the booking section above and we'll hold it for you. We recommend booking a few days ahead. Fleet and commercial programs are scheduled on a recurring basis.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Use the cancel link in your booking confirmation email, or call us at (506) 608-6477 as early as possible and we'll find a new day that fits your schedule.
Do you offer any guarantee on your work?
Yes. Satisfaction is guaranteed on every detail. If something isn't right, let us know before you leave and we'll make it right.
